Binary Tree to Sponsor M&A Leadership Council for 2nd YearFebruary 18, 2015
Vadim Gringolts, CTO, to Present “Integrating Corporate Email and Directories — Enabling Two Merging Organizations to Collaborate as One”
KENDALL PARK, NJ – (February 18, 2015) – Binary Tree, a gold sponsor of the M&A Leadership Council for two consecutive years, will be presenting a series of educational sessions at three of the Council’s 2015 Training Conferences. The first conference, The Art of Technology Integration, will take place February 26-27, 2015 in Dallas, TX, and features a “deep dive” into a number of topics critical to IT professionals.
At the conference, Vadim Gringolts, Binary Tree’s CTO, will present “Integrating Corporate Email and Directories—Enabling Two Merging Organizations to Collaborate as One.” His session will offer a strategic view and best practices for planning user interoperability on “Day One” and provide organizations with a direct path for the post-merger consolidation of corporate directories and email systems.
Gringolts is looking forward to addressing this important audience, emphasizing, “Integrating corporate email is crucial to the overall communications strategy during and post-merger. It is not only the backbone of every organization, but also sets the cultural tone for the merged organization moving forward.” With more than 20 years of experience in this area and through participation in numerous M&A integration projects, Binary Tree is a leader in the M&A space. Throughout this presentation, the audience will learn the most appropriate method to scope, plan, execute and manage an enterprise email integration project—from Day One through full integration.
As Binary Tree’s Chief Technology Officer, Gringolts is responsible for defining, developing and delivering Binary Tree’s messaging and migration products strategy, overseeing product development and implementation services. He has more than thirty years of experience working in the messaging industry, having begun his career developing gateways to connect dissimilar mail systems. Mr. Gringolts later transitioned to product implementation, system architecture and high-level messaging and migration consulting for a wide variety of customers—from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies. He is the author of many articles in the migration and messaging arena and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
The path to achieving email integration and continuity for organizations going through a merger or acquisition is filled with obstacles. A favored approach is to focus on delivering interoperability to the corporate email users of the merging companies on Day One and to focus on the consolidation of the email systems after Day One. The topics covered will include planning considerations for the integration and how to overcome the challenges of living up to Day One coexistence and interoperability expectations for basic email and calendaring functions.
