Each month, we publish our “What’s New” blog series to give a snapshot into the exciting developments in our solution over the last month. You can also sign up to receive product release notifications, here.
This past month's releases focus on enhancements to the usability and performance for Power365® Tenant to Tenant, Power365 Directory Sync and Exchange Pro.
Power365 Tenant-to-Tenant continues to improve the overall user experience to make multi-tenant transformations easier for enterprises. OneNote data can now be included with Power365 OneDrive migrations. Now, IP addresses can be whitelisted, make processes smooth from start to finish. With Power365 you have always been able to Schedule your Syncs but now you can schedule when your “Prepare” or “Cutover” activities begin. Schedule your migration waves for all migration activities, only one time for your project. By Scheduling Prepare, you can plan when a wave of users or groups are created or updated in the destination tenant. When prepare is complete the user will be properly setup for mail flow, visible is the GAL and ready for ERS if required. By Scheduling Sync, you can plan when a wave of users or groups are provisioned and synchronized in the destination tenant. When the first sync is complete, the user will be licensed, mailbox enabled and ready to start data synchronization. By Scheduling Cutover, you can plan when a wave of users or groups are synchronized for the final time and cutover to the new tenant environment. When the cutover is complete the user will be properly represented in the user’s global address lists, mail flow will be reversed, and user’s Outlook client will be pointed to the new mailbox.
