Airline streamlines collaboration by merging directories

AIR FRANCE-KLM is the leading air transporter of intercontinental traffic from Europe. Its main businesses are passenger transportation, cargo transportation, and aeronautical maintenance.

When Air France and KLM merged, they each brought their own instance of Active Directory (AD). Over time, these separate AD environments became cumbersome for both users and admins. So to streamline collaboration and admin, they needed to merge their directories.

They chose Active Directory Pro from Binary Tree, which helped them to do an automated migration, with zero downtime. Now, they have a common directory, which lets them collaborate more smoothly. And it sets them up for future collaboration tools like Office 365.
