CMT Mobile:
CMT Mobile™ enables administrators of enterprise mobile devices and
servers to easily migrate users between enterprise mobile servers, migrate between enterprise messaging systems, monitor their smartphone environment, trouble-shoot any errors, control load balancing, enable users with self-provisioning, monitor IT policies, and more. CMT Mobile currently supports RIM BlackBerry smartphones. Support for Windows Mobile phones and Apple iPhones will be available later in 2010.
BlackBerry Migration Features
The CMT Mobile user migration tool allows you to migrate users between different BlackBerry Enterprise Servers, between the Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise email platforms, and BlackBerry Enterprise Server management databases.
• Migrate via user lists of BlackBerry users or via import of a .csv file
• Automatically migrate selected BlackBerry users from origin to
destination BlackBerry domain
• Migration can be prepared and started at a specified time in the future
• Users are automatically notified about the date and time
of the migration
• Users can optionally start the migration process on their own
• Administrators can check the state of the migrations
in a summary page
• Administrators can manage current migrations to delete finished
migrations and restart failed migrations
• IT-policy can be assigned automatically
• Automatically look up user information in the destination BlackBerry
Enterprise Server domain
• Utilize up to three different ways to activate the BlackBerry smartphone,
including Enterprise Activation Wizard for BlackBerry users
