Off-Site Migration (Remote Assistance)
If you’re looking for a simple way to migrate a Lotus Notes mail files, replicas, mail in databases, rooms & resources or archives to Microsoft Outlook without the anxiety and cost associated with a migration project, Binary Tree Support is the answer.
This offering is designed to move your Lotus Notes data to a local Outlook personal folder. This offering will be delivered remotely and Binary Tree will provide you with an estimate for how long it will take and the cost associated to migrate the data. This information will be estimated based upon on how many files there are to migrate as well as the size of the data for migration. Our 18 years of experience building migration environments ensures a swift, efficient effort utilizing customizable software to migrate the data you need.
Standard data will be migrated from the NSF files, including:
- Folder Structure
- Mail Items
- Calendar
- Tasks
- Contacts
Requirements & Known Limitations:
- 100 Lotus Notes Mail file limit (or less)
- Access to Lotus Notes mail files are required (via FTP or shipped on an external hard drive)
- All mail files must have the ACL (Access Control List) set to full access
- A copy of your Domino NAB (Name and Address Book) is required or if the data is exported to a .CSV File
- Contacts existing in the Lotus Notes mail file are required to migrate
- Migration will take place during Binary Tree business hours
- Loss of address translation (only to SMTP)
- Calendar operability/workflow will be inoperative once data is migrated to Outlook
