Migrate from Lotus Notes and Domino to Exchange Online in Microsoft Office 365

Binary Tree is the Only ISV to Offer Three Different Approaches for Migrating from Lotus Notes and Domino to Exchange Online in Microsoft Office 365

Binary Tree provides three different approaches for migrating from Lotus Domino to Microsoft Office 365.

Traditional On-Premises Migrations

Traditional on-premises migrations from Lotus Domino to Exchange Online provide the most flexible, customizable and most secure path when transitioning from an in-house collaboration platform to a cloud solution and service. This approach to migration involves implementing migration software and hardware to perform the migration and securing specially-trained internal or, more typically, external resources to perform the migration.

Remote Hosted Migrations (RHM)

An alternative to the traditional approach is the Remote Hosted Migration approach for migrating from Lotus Domino to Exchange Online. This approach removes the requirements for special software, hardware and resources as the migration is performed and managed remotely in Binary Tree’s migration data center or in the data center of a Binary Tree authorized partner.

Binary Tree offers two varieties of Remote Hosted Migrations from Lotus Domino to Exchange Online in Microsoft Office 365.

A Weekend Express Remote Hosted Migration is best suited for organizations of under 5,000 users that wish to migrate all of their users over the course of a single weekend.

A standard Remote Hosted Migration (RHM) is better suited for larger organizations or organizations that wish to take a phased approach and longer timetable for migrating their users to Microsoft Online.

Remote Managed Migration (RMM)

Remote Managed Migration is similar to a Remote Hosted Migration but instead of the migration hardware and software being hosted off-site, the Remote Managed Migration approach includes implementing a RMM software appliance at the customer site while still enabling the migration to be remotely executed and managed.
