BlackBerry Migration Features
The CMT Mobile user migration tool allows you to migrate users between different BlackBerry Enterprise Servers, between the Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise email platforms, and BlackBerry Enterprise Server management databases.
- Migrate via user lists of BlackBerry users or via import of a .csv file
- Automatically migrate selected BlackBerry users from origin to destination BlackBerry domain
- Migration can be prepared and started at a specified time in the future
- Users are automatically notified about the date and time of the migration
- Users can optionally start the migration process on their own
- Administrators can check the state of the migrations in a summary page
- Administrators can manage current migrations to delete finished migrations and restart failed migrations
