Partner to Provide High-Fidelity Application Migration and Coexistence between
Lotus Notes and the Microsoft Platform
Combined offering will enhance the abilities of

NEWARK, NJ and SAN RAMON, Calif., – January 29, 2009 – Binary
Tree, the leading provider of cross-platform messaging migration and coexistence
software, and CASAHL Technology, a leading provider of middleware products for
integrating or migrating data and collaborative applications between IBM Lotus,
Microsoft, and enterprise data sources, announced a partnership agreement today.
Based on the terms of the agreement, the companies will resell each other’s
products, which will result in a combined offering that will enhance the ability
of their customers to integrate or migrate their collaborative applications
between IBM Lotus Notes and the Microsoft platform.
Binary Tree’s CMT suite of software products are
the preferred solutions of Microsoft and IBM for the analysis of Notes
applications and for the coexistence of email-enabled Notes applications between
IBM Lotus Notes and the Microsoft platform.
